Impact protection hoop Ø 114 mm – protection for machinery, pallet racking and walkways

The impact protection hoop is a steel safety railing that protects machinery, pallet racking, walls and workstations against impact from forklifts and other vehicles. At a height of 1060 mm, it also clearly separates walkways from traffic areas. It is used in warehousing and distribution, in manufacturing and workshops, in garages and car parks, and at freight terminals and loading bays, both indoors and outdoors.

Dimensions and design

The hoop is 1060 mm high, 1220 mm wide and 203 mm deep. The tube has a diameter of 114 mm. The base plates measure 203 × 203 mm and the hole spacing (c/c) is 150 mm. The hoop weighs 48.8 kg.

The standard colour is yellow, RAL 1003. For orders of more than 50 units, you can order the hoop in other colours. The same hoop is also available in a low version with a height of 230 mm if you need protection close to the floor. All dimensions can be found in the Technical data table.

Material and durability

The safety railing is made from heavy-duty steel tube that withstands harsh environments. The surface is painted yellow, making the protection highly visible. The hoop can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Mounting

The hoop is anchored to the concrete floor by bolting down the heavy-duty base plates. The plates have slotted holes, making it easy to align the hoop in position.
