FLEX+ är ett modulärt skyddssystem i slagabsorberande polymer för lager, logistik och produktion. I stället för att möta kraften med en stel barriär tar systemet upp energin, fördelar den genom skyddslinjen och återgår sedan till sin ursprungliga form.

How it works
The energy is absorbed instead of causing damage

The polymer rail is the visible protective element. It flexes on impact and absorbs the energy instead of stopping the vehicle abruptly.

The connectors transfer the force along the entire protection line, so it acts across a surface instead of at a single point.

The system in a real warehouse environment
A walkthrough of the series where it belongs: bollards and floor barriers at floor level, safety railings at pedestrian, vehicle and pallet height. All components follow the same system logic, so the protection lines can be connected.
Certified at 7,015 joules
A third-party impact test in which the safety railing absorbs 7,015 joules. The rails deform in a controlled way, the force is distributed along the line, and the structure then returns to its original shape.

In most cases, no. The system is designed to absorb the energy elastically and return to its original shape after contact. After an impact, you check the anchoring and can usually keep using the same protection line.
FLEX+ is developed specifically for environments with recurring light impacts. The polymer is highly elastic and does not deform permanently, so the protective function lasts over time.
Yes. The dynamic load absorption is certified to PAS 13:2017, the established standard for safety barriers in industrial and warehouse environments.
Yes, that is the whole point of the system. All parts follow the same system logic and interlock, so you can build continuous protection lines that switch between low and high, and between protection at individual points and protection across entire areas.
The Base floor anchor combines a concrete screw with a force-absorbing rubber damper. The force is transferred into the floor in a controlled way instead of being concentrated in the screw hole, which keeps the substrate intact even under repeated loads.

Yes. In the 3D configurator, you place bollards, floor barriers and safety railings in a warehouse layout. Lengths and quantities are calculated as you build, and you can then send the layout along as a basis when you request a quote.
