Steel impact protection beam – floor-level protection against forklift collisions

The steel impact protection beam is mounted at floor level in front of pallet racking, machinery, walls and other vulnerable surfaces. When a forklift drives too close, the beam absorbs the impact, reducing the risk of damage, downtime and costly repairs. It is designed for indoor use and is used in warehouses and distribution centres, in manufacturing and workshops, and in garages and multi-storey car parks.

Dimensions and design

The beam is 200 mm high, 1000 mm wide and 150 mm deep, and weighs 25 kg. It is painted yellow, RAL 1003. All dimensions are listed in the Technical data table.

Material and durability

The beam is made of heavy-duty, hard-wearing steel for a long service life. The surface is painted yellow so that the beam is clearly visible on site.

Mounting

The beam is anchored by bolting it to the floor in front of the surface to be protected. It is designed for indoor mounting.
