Protection for garages and car parks: the right height at the entrance, intact columns and better visibility on the ramps.
In garages and multi-storey car parks, cars drive up tight ramps, between columns and under low ceilings. Pedestrians step out of lifts and stairwells straight into the driving lane. Here are the five risk zones, the products that usually solve them and what you should know before you order.

The property owner is responsible for keeping the garage safe for drivers and pedestrians.
Whoever owns or operates the garage must assess the risks where vehicles and pedestrians meet, on ramps and at lifts and stairwells, and keep escape routes clear. Impact protection, good visibility and clear markings are among the most common measures. Local rules apply, and they don’t approve individual products – placement is what counts. What height should the height restrictor show?
The same height as the lowest point in the garage, such as beams, pipes or signs. The fixed height restrictor has five built-in height settings to choose from.
Will the column protectors fit our columns?
The plastic column protector adjusts to columns from 200 x 200 mm to 300 x 300 mm, including rectangular ones. The foam rubber profiles fit both round and square columns. Measure your column and send us the dimensions.
