Terms and Conditions
Effective from 16 October 2026.
General
These terms and conditions apply when you shop at nordguard.eu. The seller is NSX AB (Swedish company registration number 559480-8577, VAT number SE559480857701), which operates the Nordguard brand. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
We sell to both consumers and businesses. Terms that apply to only one group are marked Consumers or Businesses. Businesses also include organisations, associations and public bodies. As a consumer, you always have the rights granted by mandatory law, including the EU consumer rules as implemented in your country of residence and, for customers in the United Kingdom, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
How the contract is formed: When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when the order confirmation has been sent. You can correct any errors in your details at checkout before you complete the order. The order confirmation and these terms are saved in your email and, if you have a customer account, under My account. The contract is concluded in English or in the language you have selected on the website.
Prices
Prices are shown both including and excluding VAT. Consumers: the price you pay is the price including VAT. Businesses: prices excluding VAT apply, and VAT is added in accordance with applicable rules. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, for example card and other payment methods via Kustom, or invoice/e-invoice with 30 days’ payment terms at no extra cost. When you pay via Kustom, the payment provider’s terms shown at checkout also apply.
In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge statutory late-payment interest and a reminder fee. Unpaid amounts may be passed on for debt collection.
Delivery and shipping
We usually ship with PostNord. In some cases, for example for large shipments, another carrier is used. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. We always do our best to meet these times, but delays may occur in exceptional cases. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order. If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you. Consumers: if the delay is substantial, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. Would you like a more precise delivery time? Contact us on +46 10 153 90 50 or via the contact form.
The shipping charge covers handling, packaging and postage. We always pack securely and protect fragile goods. For delivery to several addresses or split deliveries, please contact us once you have received your order number.
Large and heavy products are delivered without unloading to the nearest accessible point. This is stated on the product page. The recipient is responsible for unloading with suitable equipment, such as a forklift or crane. If unloading is not possible on delivery, additional costs for redelivery may apply. We always inform you of such costs before charging them.
Consumers: the risk for the goods passes to you when you, or a person you have designated, have received the goods. Businesses: the risk passes when the goods have been handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
For deliveries outside the EU, goods are shipped on DAP terms (Incoterms 2020). This means the recipient pays customs duties, import VAT and any other charges in the destination country. We inform you of this at checkout.
Right of withdrawal & returns
Consumers – right of withdrawal
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. We extend the withdrawal period to 30 days from the day you, or a person you have designated, received the goods. If an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
How to withdraw: use the Withdraw from the contract function (the link is at the bottom of every page and next to your order under My account), email [email protected], or send the model withdrawal form below. A clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase is enough. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Returning the goods: send the goods back no later than 14 days after you have told us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You pay the cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a prepaid return label. For goods that cannot be returned as a parcel because of their size or weight, we state the estimated return cost on the product page, in the order confirmation or on request before purchase.
Refund: we refund the full amount, including the original cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
Condition of the goods: you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the goods have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an amount for the diminished value. Please return the goods in their original packaging if possible, but the right of withdrawal applies without it as well.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as made-to-measure or special-order products. Nor does it apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Please register your return in our withdrawal and complaints form so that we can quickly match the parcel to your order.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we charge the actual cost of the return shipment. Consumers: if you do not collect the parcel within the withdrawal period, we treat this as a withdrawal from the purchase. You will then receive a refund of the amount paid, less the return shipping cost. Businesses: we also charge our actual costs for handling and redelivery. The same applies if delivery fails because of circumstances on the recipient’s side, for example an incorrect address or restricted access. Payment is due within 30 days.
Transport damage
Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged, ask the driver to note the damage, and take photos before unpacking if you can. If you discover hidden damage, contact us as soon as possible and send photos. Consumers: this makes handling easier, but your statutory rights are not affected if you do not do so. Businesses: visible damage must be noted on receipt, and hidden transport damage must be reported to us within 4 working days of delivery.
Complaints about faulty goods
Consumers: if the goods are faulty, you can make a complaint about faults that appear within three years of receiving the goods. This follows from Swedish law, which governs the contract. If the law of your country of residence gives you more extensive rights, those rights apply. Faults that appear within two years of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. Notice within two months is always considered timely.
If the goods are faulty, you are primarily entitled to repair or replacement free of charge. If that is not possible, or does not happen within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. You may also be entitled to damages. We pay the shipping costs for a justified complaint.
Businesses: the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (köplagen) applies. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault was or should have been discovered, and no later than two years after delivery. An approved complaint is settled by replacing the product with an identical one.
Make a complaint via our withdrawal and complaints form. Please state your order number and attach photos, as this speeds up handling. You can also contact us in other ways.
Guarantees
In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a 1-year functional guarantee (6 months for batteries), unless otherwise stated on the product page. Longer manufacturer’s guarantees are stated on the product page. The guarantee covers functional faults but not normal wear and tear, incorrect use or external damage. The guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
Disputes and governing law
The contract is governed by Swedish law. As a consumer, you always keep the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Please contact us first so that we can find a solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net). You can also refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. Disputes may also be brought before the courts.
