Sign Post with Concrete Foundation – complete set for road signs and signage

The Sign Post with Concrete Foundation is a complete set comprising a hot-dip galvanized steel sign post and a precast concrete foundation for quick, stable mounting of road signs, parking signs and information signs. The post is inserted directly into the foundation’s galvanized ground sleeve and secured with the integrated locking mechanism, so no on-site casting is required. The set is suitable for both temporary and permanent sign installations in car parks, along streets, roads and footpaths, on industrial and logistics sites, on construction sites and around properties.

Dimensions and design

The post is a hot-dip galvanized steel tube with a plastic cap and is available in Ø60 mm or Ø76 mm diameter. You can choose the length from 2,000, 2,500, 3,000, 3,500, 4,000 and 4,500 mm depending on the size of the sign and the required mounting height. The foundation is made of concrete, 300 × 300 × 300 mm, with a galvanized ground sleeve and locking mechanism, and is delivered in the correct design for the selected post diameter.

The total weight of the set is approx. 65–76 kg depending on the selected variant. With Ø60 mm, the set weighs 65.2 kg (2,000 mm), 67.35 kg (2,500 mm), 68.79 kg (3,000 mm), 70.22 kg (3,500 mm), 71.66 kg (4,000 mm) and 73.1 kg (4,500 mm). With Ø76 mm, it weighs 66 kg (2,000 mm), 68.3 kg (2,500 mm), 70.27 kg (3,000 mm), 71.96 kg (3,500 mm), 73.79 kg (4,000 mm) and 75.61 kg (4,500 mm). Material and durability

The post is made of hot-dip galvanized steel tube and fitted with a plastic cap. The foundation is made of precast concrete with a galvanized ground sleeve. Both the post and the ground sleeve are therefore protected against corrosion.

Mounting

The foundation is placed in position and the post is inserted directly into the galvanized ground sleeve, where it is secured with the integrated locking mechanism. No on-site casting is required. The set contains 1 sign post and 1 concrete foundation. The sign post is also available separately, and the concrete foundation is available on its own in versions for Ø60 mm and Ø76 mm respectively.
