Standard concrete barrier block without post hole – barrier against unauthorised vehicle traffic

This concrete barrier block is a classic barrier made of cast concrete for both temporary and permanent use. Its heavy construction stands firm and is practically impossible to shift without machinery, making it an effective obstacle to unauthorised vehicle traffic. Use it to close off and direct traffic in car parks, on industrial estates and construction sites, in courtyards and in other areas where car or forklift traffic needs to be restricted.

Dimensions and design

The block is 1090 mm long, 390 mm wide and 470 mm high. It is grey and weighs approx. 250 kg. This is the standard design without a post hole, and you can choose between two variants: without reflectors, for a more discreet look, or with 2 reflectors, one on each long side, for better visibility in the dark. Both variants have the same dimensions and weight. All dimensions are listed in the Technical data table. For smaller areas, the Minigris concrete barrier block is also available.

Material and durability

The block is cast in concrete. The material withstands weather, wear and vehicle impact, and its weight keeps it firmly in place as an obstacle to vehicles.

Mounting

The block stands firm thanks to its weight and requires machinery to be moved. Its shape allows it to be lifted with a forklift, and it is designed for transport on a EUR pallet. The design with reflectors has two reflectors, one on each long side. A reflector for concrete barrier blocks is available as an accessory if you need to replace or add reflectors. A galvanized post for concrete barrier blocks (incl. locking wedge) and a locking wedge for the post are also available as accessories.
