Concrete block with galvanized post – set for barriers and traffic management

The set consists of a concrete block with a post hole and a hot-dip galvanized post with a locking wedge, for when you need to close off and direct car or forklift traffic. With the post and a traffic sign, the barrier becomes clearer and is visible from further away. It is used in outdoor car parks, on construction sites and in courtyards, in industrial areas, in warehouse and distribution environments, and at events and other temporary barriers.

Dimensions and design

The concrete block is 1,090 mm long, 390 mm wide and 470 mm high, weighs approx. 250 kg and is grey. It has a 70 mm post hole. The post has a diameter of 60 mm and is available in lengths of 2,000 mm and 3,000 mm.

Choose two things from the variants above: the block design – with post hole, or with post hole and 2 reflectors – and the post length. This gives four combinations. All dimensions are listed in the Technical data table.

Material and durability

The block is cast in concrete. The post is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which provides good corrosion protection for long-term outdoor use. The set can be used both outdoors and indoors.

Mounting

Put the block in position – its shape allows it to be lifted and moved with a forklift. Then insert the post into the 70 mm post hole and lock it with the supplied locking wedge, which holds the post in place in the block. The post can be fitted with a traffic sign, and you can supplement the barrier with a chain or barrier tape. The post fits 70 mm post holes, including the Minigris concrete block. If you need to replace or add reflectors on the block, reflectors can be purchased separately.
