Chemical storage cabinet with 4 liquid-tight shelves – lockable storage for chemical products

The chemical storage cabinet in sturdy sheet steel provides safe, well-organised storage for oils, cleaning agents, paints and other chemical products. The liquid-tight shelves have upturned edges that collect liquid should a container leak, so spills stay on the shelf instead of spreading to other products or onto the floor. The cabinet is used indoors in manufacturing and workshops, in warehousing and distribution, and in schools and nurseries.

Dimensions and design

The cabinet is 1950 mm high, 920 mm wide and 420 mm deep, with an interior height of 1930 mm. It weighs 58 kg. The weight capacity is 300 kg in total and 50 kg per shelf. Each shelf has a collection capacity of 12 liters. It is finished in grey, RAL 7035. The door is secured with an espagnolette lock with three locking points, so only authorised personnel can access the contents. All dimensions are listed in the Technical data table.

Material and durability

The cabinet is made of sturdy sheet steel. Please note that it is not a fire-rated safety cabinet for flammable liquids.

Mounting

The cabinet is delivered unassembled and flat-packed, and is assembled without screws or tools. The shelves can be repositioned vertically in increments of 25.4 mm, so you can adjust the spacing to suit what you need to store.
