Common questions
Steel or polymer – which should we choose?
Steel is cheaper per metre but passes the force to the floor. FLEX+ polymer gives way and springs back, and suits zones with frequent impacts.
Which fixings do we need?
It depends on the product and your floor. We suggest the right fixings in the quote, and they are listed under Mounting on each product page.
Can you come and take a look?
We are an online shop. A photo and a rough sketch are almost always enough for a good proposal – and that keeps prices down.
Do you have test reports?
Yes, for the tested systems such as FLEX+ (PAS 13). They are on the product page under Documents.
Which payment terms apply?
Businesses pay by invoice with 30 days.
