Freestanding Universal Guard Rail

The Industrial Universal Guard Rail is available in six standard lengths and offers great flexibility in mounting. The smart splice coupling lets you adapt the railing to exact dimensions without welding. We can also manufacture railings in custom lengths with short lead times.

Railing Sections

The railing sections are available in lengths of 400, 500, 700, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mm. The railing is 1100 mm high and is manufactured with posts and top rails in Ø 42 mm and bottom rails in Ø 28 mm.

Mounting Options

The railings are usually mounted with side or floor brackets. Alternatives also include ground brackets, L-support brackets, an internal spigot and concrete foundations. Concrete foundations are particularly well suited for temporary barriers.

Gate Kit and Corner Section

The system can be supplemented with an angle and corner railing measuring 400 × 400 mm and a gate with a maximum opening width of 1000 mm. These parts are made to order.

Finish

As standard, all material is hot-dip galvanized in accordance with SS-EN ISO 1461, which corresponds to class 3 according to BSK 07. The railings can also be painted in our standard colors or in any RAL color of your choice.
