Description
Thermoplastic Road Marking is a preformed thermoplastic material for perfect, durable and crisp marking of lines, symbols, letters, numbers and traffic signs on roads. The markings adhere to all common surfaces, e.g. concrete, asphalt, tar, paving stones and tiles. They can be driven over after just 30 minutes. Versatile use, e.g. on driveways, roadways, escape routes, hazard zones, walkways, parking spaces, safety zones, staging areas, parking garages, traffic routes, industrial areas, etc. Optimal adhesion on critical surfaces is achieved by using a primer.
Easy marking: indoor and outdoor
- White reflective (other colors, e.g. yellow, on request)
- Only one person and a gas torch are required for installation.
- The markings adhere to all common surfaces, e.g. concrete, asphalt, tar, paving stones and tiles. They can be driven over after just 30 minutes.
- Lasts 5 times longer than floor marking paint.
Instructions for use of Thermoplastic Road Marking:
- Carefully place the film elements on a dry, dust-free and grease-free surface
- Align and mark the material. Light the gas torch.
- Keeping the flame constantly moving (distance approx. 15 cm), heat the marking film from the center to the edges until the material has completely melted (bubbling).
- The joints between the elements should be less than 5 mm.
- For long-lasting, optimal adhesion, we recommend using a primer (accessory).
- In cold weather: Preheat the surface with the gas torch
- Broken pieces (e.g. during transport) can easily be rejoined through the melting process.
