Most plastic impact protection systems require the posts to be secured with steel plates and welded bolts. In short, to provide the necessary stability, the posts are fitted internally with steel components.

Our solution: A hybrid barrier system that combines the advantages of steel and plastic, with flexible steel posts and equally flexible PP plastic rails.

The posts are equipped with our patented PU cushions that allow the posts to flex to a maximum angle of 10° (approx. 17.5 cm), reducing the forces transferred through the post to the floor. The rails are made of a durable grade of polypropylene (PP) that is highly resistant to impact loads. The entire construction protects personnel, vehicles and property while reducing floor repair costs.

The result is a highly visible, robust black and yellow barrier system suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.
