Impact Protection Impact Barrier – PROTECTORS C

Impact Protection Type C is a new addition to the impact protection series, featuring our polypropylene (PP) lateral rails in place of the steel rails used in the Type A & B series. Combining these rails with steel supports provides maximum protection for pallet rack ends, while the flexibility of the lateral rails reduces damage to both racks and vehicles. The outer flanges of the steel supports are extended to protect pallet rack ends from side impacts.

Mounting is simple: bolt one end section in the desired position, insert the lateral rails and secure them, then position the second end section at the desired width with the lateral rails in place, bolt down the end section and secure the lateral rails.

Set C components: 2 x End frames (H x W x D): 400 x 300 x 190mm Wall thickness: 3mm Lateral rails (PP) (H x D x Wall thickness): 74 x 52 x 5mm

Finish: Support frames powder-coated yellow with black stripes. PP lateral rails in yellow only.

Versions: Three versions cover rack ends with widths from 900 mm to 2,700mm.
